MANKATO -- Liz Trauger scored 24 points, and Laura Weber added 18 points -- both career-highs -- as Minnesota State upset Concordia-St. Paul 79-76 in a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference women's basketball game Friday at Bresnan Arena.
The Mavericks trailed 41-33 at halftime but tied the game at the 11-minute mark on Lauren Barber's 3-pointer. Seniors Tiffany Moe and Trauger scored 12 of the team's final 16 points to hold off the 20th-ranked Bears, who lead the Northern Sun. Moe finished with 19 points and nine assists.
